I have played RTG slots with clubplayer and the virtual just to name a couple and their slots never ever payout anything, they offer big no max and 10x max cashout bonuses just to lure patrons but in past 2 years of playing them i have seen a change and definate alteration of how the slots payout, i feel they are manipulating the software somehow so that the payouts are no longer occuring as they have at the onset of membership.this should be looked into by whatever governing agency there is for these casino's..an example of the worst experience the aztec slot at The Virtual Casino,,i played 2 bucks a pop on a 20 line slot and more than 500 dollars and not one single free spin bonus round ever happened, what are the odds of that IF the slot software wasnt altered,,any info regarding how or where to submit a major complaint to officials that regulate or govern these casino i would appreciate, and you can send to dougsisk_3 at hotmail dot com thank you

We have never dealt with clubplayer, nor with The Virtual Casino, so we can't really help you resolve this issue.
These casinos don't have an Ecogra approval, so there's not really a place where you can file a complaint. sorry!

they gave me a $20 bonus and if i wagered the bonus 20x and won anything from the bonus after the 20x playthrough and deposit $40 i can keep all the funds

but they keep boosting there playthrough requirements as soon as i hit the required level they will go change there terms and conditions to a higher level

they had me starting at 40x playthrough and finaly wanted me to wager 400x bonus

I've had a quick look at the thread on Casinomeisters Board, and if you ask my honest opinion, I would say the casino tactics are a bit doubtful. I would also have to say you didn't really handle this problem very tactfully.
If you have a dispute/doubt with ANY casino, I would recommend to stop playing immediately and don't continue until you have resolved the problem.
