GAMBLER'S BEWARE!!! I signed up with Golden Casino and deposited $100 so I could receive the 100% bonus. The bonus was properly credited to my account and it seemed as though things were working perfectly. I gambled for around 7 hours and decided to cash out when I had won $585.00. When I tried to go to the cashier to withdraw my funds I received a message stating that I needed to contact customer support. I immediately contacted customer support and was notified that I would not be receiving my winnings because the state in which I reside does not support online gambling. Golden Casino allowed me to create an account, make a deposit (and took my money without question), allowed me to gamble for 7 hours (and win), and they NEVER notified me that I could not game because regulations (Missouri). They did however let me know that I would not be receiving my winnings of $585.00, but that they would return my initial $100 deposit, as long as I mailed or e-mailed them copies of all my personal information (credit card, license, and current utility bill). I did just that and they absolutely will not respond. I've sent roughly 12 e-mails with all of my information attached (which I know is extremely dangerous, not to mention dumb), but no one has yet to respond. It has been over a week now and I know that I've just been ripped off. I hope this review helps with your choice in online gaming...DO NOT USE GOLDEN CASINO!
