This is to inform all persons that Golden Casino is very misleading! I deposited 100.00 dollars the other day and I was playing Prog BJ I had 2 aces diff suit and it did not pay off. I contacted site through online help and they told me after 2 days that I needed to give them a time and snapshot of the screen. How crazy is that? Then I called and talked to operator or rep for site and Vanessa told me that tec had allready left for day and she will report the problem and it will take 24 hours to confirm. I called Vanessa the next night and she told me that they saw it and I would have to wait in line for other persons came first, so I told her that I was going to let people on net know about this and she said she will note it.1 hour later my cell phone rings and she tells me thjat her supervisor looked at the hand and said that the aces have to be cosecutive and I asked ehere that was stated in game and she said it was in the help section. I said how misleading and Vanessa said the site could not fit the payoff terms because there was not enough room there. I told her if I knew it was consecutive that I would not have played her reply was o'well. I told her that I would report this on the net and let people know, she said do what you like and there will be no refund. The hole thing was nothing was done untill I threatened to spam this on the net then they looked at my hand, I and others should not have to threaten to get a reply. I wounder if I asked for a cashout of over 50.00 if I would recieve it in a timely matter or even at all.
