Online Gambling Site Takes Customer Service One Step Further PDF Print E-mail

A relatively new online gambling site, BigJuicyOdds is hoping that a recent decision to pay out players who were refused their money by a rival site, will signal to other players that they are serious about their customer service support. Ten players were recently told by SBGlobal.com, a sportsbook company based in San Jose, that they would not be paid out any winnings over an alleged syndicate operation. “It is clearly posted on our website, no syndicate or professional betting action allowed,” said a spokesperson for SBGlobal.

As a promotion effort, BigJuicyOdds jumped at the chance to show the industry that its customer service philosophy was one step ahead and offered to pay out the estimated total of over $100,000, without requesting a deposit from the ten players. This is not the only attempt at generosity by BigJuicyOdds. The Costa-Rican company pays its affiliates double their normal earnings and guarantees player requested promotions in the future.
