A student teacher from Sweden has taken home guaranteed seats in all the major live poker tournaments supported by iPoker, after she won Bet365’s Poker Leaderboard Challenge last week. Twenty two year old amateur player, Cecilia Borg from Vasterbotten, said that her only experience at online poker was through the site’s $20 Sit and Go tournaments and she had hardly ever played against seasoned professionals.

While many would see as this as a perfect opportunity to move onto professional poker playing, Borg is not rushing into things just yet. “If all goes well at the World Poker Tour and European Poker Tour tournaments, we will have to wait and see,” she said.

Borg’s prize, worth around $130,000, guarantees her a seat at exciting events live events during 2008. Borg admits that she has not traveled much in her life and was excited about the opportunity. “'I can't wait to play in Monte Carlo, Barcelona and London,” she said in an interview.
