Following the latest case in a multi-million euro case brought against Boss Media and its associate companies by Trillion Limited, a Maltese court has ordered that the company cease all commercial activity off its servers in the Malta jurisdiction from next month. In addition, the judge authorized the seizure of Boss Media Malta Limited. “Today's decision will in effect bring down Boss Media's operation in their licensed jurisdiction in Malta on September 18th.” said the Chief Executive Officer of Trillion Limited, Andy Pyrah, “and any partner still on the Boss (IPN) Poker Network at this stage will see their services closed down too.” “It should also be noted that despite appeals from Boss Media, we've been successful in every one of our applications that we've filed with the courts in Malta and this includes having our original garnishee order increased from 5-million Euros to 20-million Euros earlier this month,” he continued. “This in turn means that there is now a 20-million Euros freezing order on all Boss Media assets within this jurisdiction, and in accordance with European law we will be applying for this to be executed all over Europe.”
