Boss Media Reacts on Malta Court Ruling PDF Print E-mail
Friday, 29 August 2008

Boss Media has come out against Trillion Limited, the company that is suing it in a multi million dollar lawsuit for breach of contract. Trillion Limited recently got a Maltese court to rule for the end of all commercial activity off all Boss Media Malta Ltd’s servers in the country.

Boss Media slammed the decision and said that Trillion Limited’s decision to flount the court ruling was "a reckless attempt to support a legal action that is without merit."

Boss Media said its customers would not be affected if servers were taken down: "While there has been no hearing on the merits of the Trillion Limited suit, there have been preliminary hearings on the matter. Boss Media has assured that adequate security is provided in Malta in the event of an award of damages against it, which we believe to be unlikely. In the extremely unlikely event that any Malta operations would be affected, high performance back up systems are in place to ensure continued service to all our customers and their players."
