Due to the upcoming resignation of the current Chief Executive Officer of the Finnish gambling company, Paf, it was announced that the group has chosen Anders Ingves as its new head, beginning May 1st, 2009. Jarl Danielsson said, Chairman of the Board at Paf said: “International expansion and consumer relations are strategically important questions for Paf. After a careful evaluation of a large number of candidates we have concluded that Anders is the most suitable candidate to lead Paf in the future.” Ingves, who has plenty years of experience in managing Finnish based groups and companies said in response: “It is fun and exciting that the board has chosen me for this position. Paf is a very interesting company that does business in the global entertainment industry. Through my various assignments and positions, I have learned that all companies are created by people for people. But the most important thing for leaders is an interest in people.”
