The Alderney Gambling Control Commission granted the Canadian software group, Parlay Entertainment a full egambling license this week. The company is already regulated by the gambling authorities in the Isle of Man, Malta and the United Kingdom. The group managed to reach the high standards of operating requirements demanded by Alderney.
