Hearing on Nemacolin Casino Table Games Set for February 7th

A hearing whether or not to allow table games at a Fayette County casino might be held Feb. 7.

Lady Luck Casino Nemacolin will open later this year with up to 600 slot machines, 28 table games in addition to a restaurant at 4067 National Pike in Farmington. Woodlands Fayette LLC received an operator’s license from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board in April 2011. Woodlands Fayette’s petition to the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board asks for permission to set up up to 50 table games.

The Feb. 7 hearing will probably be element with the board’s operate on whether to approve the petition. The hearing will likely be held at 10 a.m. at the Wharton Township Municipal Creating, 114 Elliottsville Road, Farmington.
