Online poker players in Pennsylvania can look forward to a more diversified market after online operator BetMGM launched its offering in the Keystone State.

BetMGM Poker and Borgata Poker will now be available to players from Pennsylvania. They’ll be able to gain access to all benefits Atlantic City’s Borgata Hotel, Casino & Spa, and other properties owned by MGM offer to their customers across the United States.

Great News for Fans of Online Poker in Pennsylvania

Following this move, Pennsylvania became the third where players can enjoy online poker legally through BetMGM, and the second one whose residents will gain access to Borgata Poker. The partypoker US Network will power both these online poker platforms.

BetMGM is owned and operated by a joint venture founded by two renowned companies. ROAR Digital was set up by the leading US casino operator MGM Resorts International and European gambling giant Entain, which is best-known by its former name GVC Holdings. Entain also owns partypoker and its network operating in the US.

Bringing together BetMGM Poker and Borgata Poker in one more state represents a massive step for the partypoker US Network. Players in Pennsylvania will surely enjoy the extensive online poker offering, which includes a wide selection of poker variants, as well as poker tournaments and buy-in games.

Both platforms can be accessed on a desktop using a web browser. For the time being, those poker enthusiasts who wish to enjoy their games using BetMGM Poker Pennsylvania will be able to enjoy their games on the go by downloading iOS and Android apps through Apple App Store and Google Play Store, respectively. Borgata Poker Pennsylvania apps are scheduled to be launched in the coming period.

Immersive Experience

Commenting on the launch of BetMGM Poker and Borgata Poker launch in Pennsylvania, Director of Poker at BetMGM, Ray Stefanelli, said he was confident that both new and seasoned players in Pennsylvania would be able to enjoy an immersive online experience provided by the two brands.

He explained that the partypoker US Network would play a crucial role in supporting the online poker community in the Keystone State. It will be done by offering customers access to training aimed at improving the play of all participants.

Using the two recently launched apps, online poker players from Pennsylvania will be able to redeem their play at properties owned by MGM Resorts across the States. This is made possible thanks to integration with the M life Rewards loyalty program.

BetMGM offers single-wallet integration with other BetMGM products in Pennsylvania, including casino and sports betting. The same functionality, although with Borgata Casino, is provided by Borgata Poker.

As we’ve already pointed out, Pennsylvania is the third state where BetMGM Poker is available, in addition to New Jersey and Michigan. BetMGM Michigan hit the market in March. Apart from the Keystone State, Borgata Poker is present in New Jersey.

MGM Resorts and Entain don’t stop here, as the two sides are looking to further expand their market presence in the coming period.
