I absolutely love casin games. This casino however is one step above garbage.
As a slot player at home and at casinos I couldn’t have been more disappointed. The list of issues is huge:
* The games respond slowly – the stop button is not responsive
* The music in the slots in unoriginal
These games are poor, fake replicas – They should offer an apology.
The games are just as realistic as the versions you will find at the casino, but needs a lot of tech support.
Tech Issues:
1. Reel play on most video slots is jerky and slams stopped every two spins or so.
2. If you play some slot games it will randomly crash the entire casino. It also has a tendency to add up wins incorrectly.
Payouts: You’ll get a real casino gaming experience – ie, good luck getting bonus rounds or even keeping even. Still, it’s definately authentic play. Music and graphics are good.
All in all, fun to play, but lots of technical glitches.
Just got a new computer with windows 7 64 bit and Box 24 Casino won’t even install. The install program manages to freeze windows 7 and the only way out is a hard power cycle.
I even upgraded to Windows XP mode where it will install, but won’t run due to video problems.
This was a complete waste of time.
I love the Rival games, but havent always had the best experience with Rival Casinos so I was pleasantly surprised to find this one stands far and away from the rest of the pack. Most notable are the fast cashouts. Where I’ve had to wait up to 10 days for a withdrawal (to qt!) at some, Box 24 had mine to me in less than 24 hours. Big plus. I had little need for interaction with CS, but what few times I’ve accessed the live support they’ve been there and were prompt and efficient with assistance.
As far as games, they have pretty much everything, plus some exclusive games you wont find elsewhere. The bonuses are fairly in line with most Rivals (plenty of offers) but those I’ve claimed at Box 24 had no max cashout, whereas I was limited with the other places. I found Box24 to be bland and lackluster. The Craps game itself is simply dull. A casino game should engage the player, and at least try to simulate the thrill of the games found in Las Vegas. What is missing in this casino is the feeling that the games exist in a connected environment. Instead, the clunky menus that take you from game to game constantly remind you that you’re playing computer game. Come on Box24 let’s step it up.
