Game developer Microgaming has paid out more than €13.7m in the past week to two jackpot winners on its Mega Moolah slot game.
The jackpots had been each won on online casino websites operated by Casino Rewards, having a €11.5m jackpot hit final Tuesday, followed by a €2.2m jackpot win each day later which was triggered inside 33 bets from the player registering using the casino that day.
The €11.5m payout is the fourth biggest on Microgaming’s progressive jackpot network, following the €13.3m win earlier this year on Zodiac Casino, the €18.9m paid last September to another Casino Rewards site, and also the €17.9m jackpot on Betway which earned Microgaming a Guinness World Records title in 2015.
